DS9 for me

@Nathanial Higgins I’ve read that Roddenberry wished he could’ve done a film w/a similar plot to TFF & it made him jealous of Shatner, so I wouldn’t call it anti-Roddenberry. Also, I think it’s generally quite good until Sybok’s on the Enterprise (though it’s mostly awful after that). However, your other examples show that some of the best works of Star Trek can stray from Roddenberry’s vision (though I’d note that DS9 didn’t always stray from Roddenberry’s vision & that it & TUC had endings that I think contained elements of Star Trek’s vision of a better future).

So basically everyone really likes The Rick Berman Era most.

Deep space nine> the next generation > original series > enterprise > lower decks > picard >discovery

The original is still the best. As for DS9 and the rest; I believe the whole, "Kirk was wrong" mantra is difficult if not impossible to overcome to allow me complete enjoyment of them.

I love the Star Trek from the Berman era, but TOS still takes the cake.

I guess I maybe odd man out, I do not mind TOS, but I am not a fan of most shows from that era. For me DS9> TNG > Disc > Lower Decks > Voy > Picard > TOS

I like TOS (among the older shows, I’d put it in the 2nd tier w/TNG & Enterprise), but I prefer DS9.
