Andoria, and I’m pretty sure Bolarus IX are cold, I am unfamiliar with the Efrosian place, Benzar requires a weird device, the Zakdorns are weird, so Betazed makes the most sense to me, as it is closest to earth conditions.

Betazed definitely has the nicest climate, but I’m not sure that I would feel comfortable living on a planet of mind readers.

The question is if you’d be living there as a human or betazoid
