I say the defiant on a technicality. Also because it’s a ship of war. But it might burn itself out. Otherwise definitely not Oberth, Miranda or Nova, the first nova we see is already failing said journey, so I would say Nebula. For all ships I would say either the sovereign or the akira as those are powerful ships that also don’t burn themselves out and have big interior spaces. Also excelsior is pretty old.

The clear choice would be a nebula class as thats a long range starship and would have the endurance for a journey of that length

The Constitution was designed as a long range ship, so while a bit old it might be able to handle it. Seeing how similar the Miranda is to the Constitution, I'd pick that.
