I’m not sure that a Tribble’s biological distinctiveness would really add much to the collective. Unless they try to literally bury opponents in Tribble drones. I still don’t think a Tribble Borg would be able to do much more than crawl and squeak though. Peanut Hamper would be able to replicate something to stop the Tribble before it had a chance to reproduce, anyway.

They wouldn’t be fighting anyway though. The Borg would love Peanut Hamper.
