Well, assuming the crew's actions against the nucleogenics still took place, then I imagine he was demoted, first and foremost. By how much I can only guess, depended on Janeway's call, I figure, but he'd probably be bumped down pretty low on the chain of Voyager's command staff, I figure. That said, I figure he'd probably stay in the command division, maybe even be allowed a degree of command over his own surviving crew still, he just had to in turn answer to Janeway too.

As for leisure time, I figure a lot of time in the holodeck, seeing that was something he clearly missed having on the Equinox.

Probably keep his rank with less duties

There is just no way that he would be forgiven for murdering innocent life forms to use as fuel. Under normal circumstances he would be court marshaled and he would probably face jail time. Given the circumstances, Janeway probably would have just bumped him down to crewman, like she did with his surviving crew members.
