Oh, there were a lot of cartoons from back in the day that made obvious Trek references. Magic School Bus and Alvin and the Chipmunks are two more I could name off the top of my head.

I remember the Magic School Bus episode. They managed to predict the NX-01 years before Enterprise. At first I thought it was a reference to Enterprise, as I was unaware of the relative release dates.
