It looks like with Tier 4, you get all of Tier 1-3 as well. So only 1 purchase needed to get all 50.

Redeemable only with the IDW app though. I'll have to explore that to see if it's a good interface. But it's a great deal, especially since many weren't included in the now defunct Star Trek Graphic Novel Collection from Eaglemoss.
