Commentary:

This was probably my most controversial tournament lol. A lot of the characters in this tournament weren't exactly one-offs, but I included characters that appeared in 2 or 3 episodes because it's similar, and adds more variety. However I wouldn't say any of the characters in this tournament were recurring characters since recurring characters would more be like Garak (33 episodes), Martok (22 episodes), Q (13 episodes), Damar (23 episodes), Barclay (11 episodes) etc. The tournament was more intended to be roughly one-offs, not strictly characters that appeared in one episode.

Fun Facts:

This was Annorax's second tournament. In the villains tournament, he was defeated in round 2 by Weyoun.

Khan was also in the villains tournament and defeated Weyoun in the championship.

This is Khan's second top three performance, showing how popular of a character he is.

In the villains tournament, Weyoun defeated Annorax but lost to Khan. However in this tournament, Annorax defeated Khan by a very narrow 51% to 49%

The Gorn was also in the villains tournament and lost to Vedek Winn in round 2.

Any votes after the results are put in are not counted. So if any character takes the lead after the results are put in, they won't win.
