Since sarek mind melded with kirk, and then later with picard, does that mean that picard got some of kirk's memories too, as well as sarek's memories?

So i'm reading A Time To Kill, and it mentions Worf had previously mind-melded with Spock. I did a quick Google search and even tried to find something in Memory Beta. Does anyone here remember when this would've happened?
And this is why i love David Mack's books. He always ties in random previous events. I'm just usually better and identifying them.
