I have been re-watching S3 of Picard for the first time since it dropped at a rate of one per week.
I have been greatly enjoying watching the story in more rapid progression. I feel that Part Six is particularly outstanding. The writing is strong, it is steeped in Trek lore, and the drama is exciting. I am particularly fond of the scene on the Titan bridge between Seven of Nine and Jack Crusher. I, too, am a Constitution-class man all the way.

I also got to meet both Jadzia and Ezri Dax earlier on, in addition to Gorn stunt actor Bobby Clark and the Enterprise-D bridge set builder from season 3 of Picard. They're all just amazing people. 🖖 Edit: I also got to meet Michael Dorn, Gates McFadden, Brent Spiner, Ed Speleers, Evan Evagora, and Wil Wheaton.

With the reformed Borg Collective and Starfleet's vessels harmonizing their respective deflector shields together to fend off the neutrino beam from the mysterious transwarp conduit, and Jurati's Borg Queen requesting provisional membership to monitor it, it kinda makes one wonder who's on its other side. While it was great to see The Next Generation crew reunite and work alongside both Seven of Nine and Raffi Musiker, a small part of me was kind of somewhat disappointed that season 3 didn't at all delve into the nature of the conduit and who built it. Because Borg Agnes believed the conduit to constitute a potential threat, it made me scratch my head wondering who or what it could be, and what its ramifications could be. If anything, I'd like to see the potential Star Trek: Legacy series delve into it since season 3 of Picard did not.
I got my pre-ordered copy in the mail last week.
It may be wishful thinking, but I would go see this--count me in on opening day!
It may be just a draft, but I really admire his wording. Interesting, huh?
Whatever title it gets, I for one hope that we'll get to see such a show!

I already know that I'm dying to see it! If anything, I'm probably gonna go see it in San Francisco, which is closest to my end.

Something tells me that it'll likely be right around or after the last episode is released, much like those for the first and second seasons were, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. Otherwise, I for one am just LOVING how Stephen Barton is tributing, adapting, and evolving the sounds that Dennis McCarthy, Alexander Courage, Jerry and Joel Goldsmith, Ron Jones, George Romanis, Fred Steiner, Jay Chattaway, Don Davis, and John Debney respectively did for The Next Generation, Generations, First Contact, Insurrection, and Nemesis, and James Horner's styles from The Wrath of Khan and The Search for Spock. That combined throwback nostalgic style in a more modern setting is just lovely. Meanwhile, though, although his role is mostly supervisory and that he adapted the title card music, it's good to hear Jeff Russo still contributing to it as well.
SPOILERS
When it showed Kirk's body in the daystrom station, TOS era medical sounds played. Someone on reddit pointed out that the text read "critically injured aiding Jean-Luc Picard" and "his body was recovered for project phoenix". According to google the word phoenix means, "a unique bird that lived for five or six centuries in the Arabian desert, after this time burning itself on a funeral pyre and rising from the ashes with renewed youth to live through another cycle." Could they be trying to revive Kirk?
