Do the borg have emotions, and if so, what kind, and in what circumstances?

In VOY dark frontier, the borg queen tells seven to take pleasure in assimilating people. Do the borg take pleasure in assimilating people?

If spock is half human and half vulcan, why do most people refer to him as vulcan and consider him to be vulcan? If that's true, then wouldn't it be just as correct to refer to him as human and consider him to be human? He lived on vulcan and was raised more as a vulcan, but those are just environmental factors. That doesn't change what species he is genetically. I just consider him to be a human/vulcan hybrid, but a vulcan for simplicity, and also because he chose to identify as a vulcan.
