We finally saw a Betazoid in Discovery. Her outfit is very unusual in a very Betazoid way and her eyes are fully black confirming she is Betazoid and not human.

Star Trek discovery is one of the least diverse shows in universe. Only one of the main characters is an alien. This is very strange for a show that claims to be the most diverse. Can we please get more aliens in our Star Trek show again? I thought we were past the days of there being one token alien main character. Yet that is precisely the case in Star Trek Discovery. Why did they make the Amin cast all humans except for saru and a Klingon human complicate transformation thing which exited the show?
