16 June was Jean-Luc Picard day. I was so excited about “The Serene Squall” it completely slipped my mind. I did, however, watch “Encounter at Farpoint” on Thursday, restarting my TNG rewatch—I hadn’t seen a TNG in about 2 weeks! Anyway, happy belated day to the great Jean-Luc Picard!

While on the defiant in DS9 the way of the warrior worf said he's never been on a federation ship with a cloaking device, but earlier in TNG the pegasus he was on a federation ship with a cloaking device, so why did he say that? Did he just forget, or did he not consider that significant (since he was on the enterprise-d that was only temporarily equipped with a prototype phasing cloaking device)? What do you think? 🤔
