There are so many great friendships between Humans and Vulcans within Star Trek. Especially the ones between Starfleet captains and Vulcan officers.
Some of the most notable friendships are:
Captain Jonathan Archer and T'Pol from Enterprise.
Captain Christopher Pike and Spock from Strange New Worlds.
Captain James T. Kirk and Spock from The Original Series.
Captain Kathryn Janeway and Tuvok from Voyager.
In Nurse Chapel's words: "You know why it's fun to be friends with Vulcans?... Because Vulcans are honest."
The only other captains I wish could've had a Vulcan friend are Jean-Luc Picard and Benjamin Sisko. Now those would've been awesome friendships to see!✨️✨️✨️
In "Fusion" (ENT 1x17), T'Pol asks Jonathan Archer if he dreams, and if dreaming is enjoyable. When Archer replies in the affirmative ("sometimes even in color"), that "most nights" dreaming is pleasant, T'Pol states that she envies him.
This seems to indicate Vulcans do not dream.
Yet in "Waking Moments" (VOY 4x13, a personal favorite), Tuvok states that he did have a disturbing dream.
The fact that Tuvok, a full vulcan like T'pol, dreamt, and it is taken for granted that he does, seems to indicate that Vulcans do dream.
What do you think--do Vulcans dream?

Is Tuvok supposed to be a lieutenant Commander during season 1? But why does his uniform show him as a lieutenant?
