Why would starfleet accept the maquis (traitors to the federation) joining voyager's crew, after janeway gave them field commissions? For that matter, why would janeway ever allow them to be part of her crew?

Shouldn't voyager's crew have destroyed the emh's mobile emitter after he returned to voyager, so that it couldn't possibly contaminate the timeline? Why did they think it was acceptable to keep 29th century technology in the 24th century?
I have been re-watching S3 of Picard for the first time since it dropped at a rate of one per week.
I have been greatly enjoying watching the story in more rapid progression. I feel that Part Six is particularly outstanding. The writing is strong, it is steeped in Trek lore, and the drama is exciting. I am particularly fond of the scene on the Titan bridge between Seven of Nine and Jack Crusher. I, too, am a Constitution-class man all the way.
Thoughts?
Hypothetically, if the borg had assimilated the sol system (including earth) while voyager was in the delta quadrant, where would voyager and its crew have chosen to go when they returned to the alpha quadrant (with a return to earth that's different than the one in VOY endgame of course)?
Would they have chosen to go to another federation planet, like vulcan, or betazed, and if so, which one, and why, or would they have gone somewhere else, and if so, where, and why?

Assuming the equinox's crew became part of voyager's crew (and were forgiven for exploiting the nucleogenic lifeforms), what would ransom have done with his time, and what job and leisure activities would he have had on voyager, since he was a captain?
If the emhs on different ships were allowed to evolve like the emh on voyager, would they all develop the same personality and interests as him?
Another terrific offering! I picked up a few tidbits on my second viewing…
Titus Rikka is portrayed by Thomas Dekker, ‘Thomas Picard’ in “Generations” & Henry, young Lord Burleigh, in VOY (“Learning Curve”, 1x17, & “Persistence of Vision”, 2x8).
And Seven of Nine has a chrome model of the USS Voyager in her quarters.
I was also a bit surprised that Seven is listening to “Ave Verum” in her quarters…perhaps Mozart’s most sacred work…

As we saw in The Star Gazer of Star Trek: PIcard's 2nd season, the USS Voyager was decommissioned sometime after it's return from the Delta Quadrant. With all it's new gadgets courtesy of Admiral Janeway's future counterpart, could Voyager have been re-christened the Voyager-A? I mean i can't believe they would decommission a ship that has turn of the century technology that held up the against the borg! Who knows? I just hope it's a museum like Admiral Janeway said or something happened to it before Chakotay's disappearance and the USS Dauntless' search?
Is Tuvok supposed to be a lieutenant Commander during season 1? But why does his uniform show him as a lieutenant?
So we all know intrepid class starships such as USS Voyager used “Multispectrum shielding” which was supposedly some advanced type of deflector shield technology. But was it ever elaborated about what it actually is or what it’s advantages are over other types of shielding?
In VOY dark frontier, during the rehearsal for operation fort knox when the crew was training on the holodeck to steal a transwarp coil, they said they needed to shave a few seconds off their time, so why didn't they just run a bit faster for part of their mission on the borg ship? 🤔🤨 That would've easily shaved a few seconds off their time.

For the past 10 days I have been doing a starship tournament to see what ship people like the most.
The winner is the Enterprise NCC-1701-E! It only just beat the Enterprise D by 2%, and held the top spot throughout the whole tournament.
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E)
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-D)
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-A)
Round results:
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Discovery
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Voyager
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Enterprise (NCC-1701)
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Shenzhou
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > HMS Bounty
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Reliant
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-D)
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-A)
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Cerritos
USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) > USS Defiant
I might do a Part 2 with different ships since I quite enjoyed doing this. Live long and prosper 🖖
