Unfollowing as this is getting way off topic.
FYI, 3D animated shows are not cartoons. Cartoons are strictly 2D.
You could like cartoons and hate 3D animated shows or vice versa.
To me, only the quality of the art matters. I'd give PRO a 7/10 also for animation quality. It would be an 8, but it has a sort of unoriginal style (the style, not the design).
Not all reboots are retelling the same story with the same characters. TNG was a reboot of Star Trek on TV.
For something like this, a picture is low priority... it's not like we put pictures of all the cast members wherever they are mentioned.
First maybe you should read Memory Alpha:Cite your sources, before we continue this conversation. Once you know how to do citations, you can try it on an example of a place where you think the info is missing and add it yourself.
The short version of my point: Asking someone else to do something on a wiki when you can do it yourself and no one else has complained about it is unlikely to make much progress.
Not a fan of the Tricom badge... seems like cramming a bunch of plot devices into a small badge-like device. Also if miniaturization were that advance, why not have phaser rings or other stuff like that.
Not much excuse for that perspective, but I don't hold it against him either. It's not like he actively tried to make TNG fail.
I'm sure many former TOS actors had mixed feelings about reboots.

I'd probably have to agree with Scyphi, but it may depend on the situation, On a Federation (or maybe Cardassian) starship, O'Brien would probably be better, but Torres would be better in the field.
DeviantArt is definitely not the place to look for vector graphics.
My list is based on Federation not being a requirement, since it isn't in the initial post (not sure why people assumed it)...

How have you looked? A quick search showed me several sites with lots of downloadable SVGs.
Maybe you need to be more specific about the ones you're having problems finding.
