As far as Star Trek Online is concerned, this is what the Gorn look like when assimilated by the Borg.

They're designated as Elite Tactical Assimilated Gorn. Standing over four meters tall and requiring teamwork to be overcome, these Gorn/Borg are very large and hazardous. The Collective extremely modified them; nearly their entire bodies are cover with bodily armor and implants. Their right arms have been replaced with a versatile electromechanical tool/weapon, and bodily mass around their lower spine has been removed. Most notably, they're fitted with a backpack that has a tail-like string attached, curving over the top of the Gorn's head and emits a bright orange light.

The Wrath of Khan is a fantastic entry, and James Horner's soundtrack for it is lovely, but I chose The Undiscovered Country because of its political motifs and undertones, not to also mention, of course, Cliff Eidelman's impressive score for it.

The Sol system is in reference to our solar system, and the Federation is often referred to as an Alpha Quadrant power, so we're in the Alpha Quadrant.
