- Une édition spéciale avec une maquette issue de la collection "Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection" était prévue, comme ses prédécesseurs, mais fut finalement annulée avant publication.
- Bien que non spécifié, ce livre est sorti à l'occasion des 25 ans de Voyager.
- Une grande quantité du contenu avait préalablement été publié dans la collection "Star Trek Fact Files" et fut mis à jour pour être incorporée dans le livre à côté de nouveaux matériaux. D'autres matériaux ont également pour origine des publications de GE Fabbri, notamment "Star Trek: The Magazine".
