De Rakhari zijn een humanoïde ras afkomstig van de planeet Rakhar in het Gamma kwadrant.
Ze waren terughoudend om contact te hebben met rassen uit het Alfa kwadrant na de ontdekking van het Bajoran wormgat in 2369. (DS9: "Vortex")
