- Although we can infer that the Voyager episode "Homestead" took part in 2378, on the 315th anniversary of First Contact, it isn't clear how many of the previous episodes may also have taken place in the same year.
- Janeway's promotion is speculation based on her rank in Nemesis, which took place in mid-2379.
