Our most offbeat tale ever!
Warning: This is not a holodeck gone-wild story!!
Background Information
- This is the final issue of the series.
- It features a follow-up to TOS: "A Piece of the Action". This was one of the concepts investigated for a 30th anniversary show on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, but "Trials and Tribble-ations" was done instead, revisiting TOS: "The Trouble with Tribbles".
- Dr. Crusher introduces Data as a "South American", just as he was introduced in TNG: "The Big Goodbye".
- The issue is dedicated to Harold D. Martin (1924-1997), father of Michael A. Martin.
- The "previously in..." section at the front of the comic features a brief summary of the episode as opposed to the events of the prior issue.
