Aaron Waltke (born 8 August 1984; age 37) is an Emmy-winning screenwriter and executive producer on Star Trek: Prodigy for Paramount+ and Nickelodeon. [1] Previously, he wrote on the award-winning Netflix series Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia, and was co-executive producer and head writer on the Netflix series Wizards: Tales of Arcadia. He also served as head writer on Unikitty!, a television spinoff of The Lego Movie. [2]

In July 2019, executive producers Kevin and Dan Hageman announced the full writers' room for the Nickelodeon animated project. [3] Among those revealed to be writing the series are Trollhunters writer-producer Chad Quandt, The 100 writer-producers Shawna Benson and Julie Benson, Black Sails writer Lisa Boyd, Shades of Blue writer Nikhil Jayaram, Erin McNamara, Keith Sweet, and Diandra Pendleton-Thompson.
