Abram Waterhouse is a costume designer who worked as co-costume designer on latter episodes of the seventh season of Star Trek: The Next Generation and the second season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He was standing in for costume designer Robert Blackman, who was working on Star Trek Generations.

Waterhouse shared an Emmy Award nomination in the category Outstanding Individual Achievement in Costume Design for a Series with Blackman for their design on TNG's series finale, "All Good Things...", in 1994.

His credits as assistant costume designer include the thriller The Temp (1993, with costume supervisor Susie Money), the sport comedy The Scout (1994), the romance The Fantasticks (1995), the fantasy drama Dead Man (1995, with Susie Money and David S. Powell), the mystery thriller Lord of Illusions (1995, starring Scott Bakula and Famke Janssen), and the war drama Ride with the Devil (1999). As Costume Designer, Waterhouse worked on the television drama Apollo 11 (1996), the comedy The First to Go (1997), the comedy Model Behavior (2000), the family movie Blizzard (2003) for which he received a Genie Award nomination in the category Best Achievement in Costume Design in 2004, the science fiction drama Category 6: Day of Destruction (2004), and the crime thriller The Lookout (2007).

More recently, Waterhouse worked as costume designer on the television series Dexter (2007-2009), Lone Star (2010), and Alphas (2011).
