Adelaide Kane (born 9 August 1990; age 34) is an actress who played Sera in the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds second season episode "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow".

She is best known for her lead role as Mary, Queen of Scots in the CW historical drama series Reign (2013-17) alongside Alan van Sprang and Dan Jeannotte.

Kane was born in Claremont, a suburban town of Perth, Australia to a Scottish father. She began singing, dancing, and acting at the age of three and made her break at the age of sixteen when she won the role of Lolly Allen in the popular Australian soap opera Neighbours after entering a magazine competition. She appeared on the show from January to July 2007 and decided not to renew her contract when it expired.

In 2009, she co-starred in s Power Rangers RPM. The same year, Kane moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in Hollywood. In 2013, she co-starred in The Purge and played a recurring role in the third season of Teen Wolf. Still in 2013, Kane got her starring role in Reign.

Kane also had recurring roles as Ivy Belfrey / Drizella in the seventh season of Once Upon a Time (2017-18) and as Rebecca Bowen in the third season of SEAL Team (2019-20, with Jamie McShane, Sumalee Montano, and John Savage). Since 2022, she co-stars as Dr. Jules Millin in Grey's Anatomy (with Harry Shum, Jr.).

She guest starred in an episode of Into the Dark (with Sonita Henry) and an episode of This Is Us (with Jennifer Morrison). She can be seen in Louder Than Words (2013), the 2018 independent drama film Acquainted, the 2020 sex comedy The Swing of Things (with Matt McCoy), Cosmic Sin (2021), and the 2023 action film Outrage.

Kane also starred in a number of romantic TV movies, Can't Buy Me Love (2017), A Midnight's Kiss (2018), and A Sweet Christmas Romance (2019, with Hamza Fouad).
