Administrator, chief administrator, administrative head, or administrator officer was a title given to the executive leader of an organization or political unit.

In the 14th century, the village of Ressik on Kataan was ruled by an administrator. (TNG: "The Inner Light")

In 2152, Jonathan Archer told Plinn, that T'Pol was the judicial administrator assigned to Enterprise NX-01 with the authority to hand out harsh sentences. (ENT: "Precious Cargo")

In 2154, V'Las was the administrator and therefore the leader of the Vulcan High Command. (ENT: "The Forge")

In the script of "The Forge", V'Las' full title was given as "Administrator of the High Command". The script added that the title "makes him Vulcan's de facto world president."

In 2267, the administrative head of Janus VI was Chief Engineer Vanderberg. One of his responsibilities was describing the circumstances surrounding mysterious deaths to a USS Enterprise away team. (TOS: "The Devil in the Dark")

The same year, Mr. Hengist of Rigel IV was made chief administrator of the chief city on Argelius II, just prior to the discovery that he was possessed by Redjac. (TOS: "Wolf in the Fold")

In the 2360s and 2370s, the Trill Symbiosis Commission had administrators overseeing the selection of potential hosts for joining. (DS9: "Playing God")

By 2364, the Bandi equivalent to administrator was groppler. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint")

Mirasta Yale held the title of Space Administrator of the Malcorian Space Bureau on Malcor III in 2367. (TNG: "First Contact")

In 2368, Aaron Conor was described as "the perfect administrator" by Deanna Troi. (TNG: "The Masterpiece Society")

In 2369, Orton was the administrator of Arkaria Base, and used his position to lead a group of mercenaries to steal trilithium from the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Starship Mine")

The same year, Suna was supposedly the hospital administrator of the Tilonus Institute for Mental Disorders. (TNG: "Frame of Mind")

Also in 2369, Surmak Ren was chief administrator of the Ilvian Medical Complex. (DS9: "Babel")

The same year, Major Kira Nerys explained with frustration that she was a Bajoran administrator and not a Starfleet explorer when she was "imprisoned" in the Chula game of the Wadi. (DS9: "Move Along Home")

In 2371, Rom was made Senior Administrator of the Ferengi Benevolent Association by Grand Nagus Zek when Zek was influenced by the Prophets. Rom used his position to embezzle money from the Association during its brief existence. (DS9: "Prophet Motive")

When Gul Dukat tried to convince Kira to join him in fighting the Klingons in 2372, he told her that on Deep Space 9 she was nothing more than an administrator or bureaucrat. (DS9: "Return to Grace")

In 2377, Chellick was the administrator of Hospital Ship 4-2 on Dinaal. He was responsible for allocating medical care, and used a special computer program to do so. (VOY: "Critical Care")
