Al Fleming is a make-up artist whose work includes Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. He received no credit for his work in the films end credits.

Fleming's other film and television credits include the comedy The Ballad of Cable Hogue (1970, with David Warner), the drama Brother John (1971, with Paul Winfield), Sam Peckinpah's Golden Globe Award nominated thriller The Getaway (1972), the horror film A Name for Evil (1973, with Samantha Eggar), the television drama The Stranger Who Looks Like Me (1974, alongside Star Trek: Voyager hair stylist Gloria Montemayor), the western Winterhawk (1975, with Elisha Cook), the horror film Burnt Offerings (1976), the television series How the West Was Won (1977, with David Huddleston and Richard Kiley), and the horror film Demonoid: Messenger of Death (1981), on which he was responsible for Samantha Eggar's make-up.
