Alan Echeverria (born 10 October 1953; age 71) is an actor who appeared as Tamar in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth season episode "The Quickening". He was credited as "Patient" in the end credits of the episode.
Born in Homedale, Idaho, he graduated from Homedale High School in 1972 and studied at the University of Idaho.
He also appeared in episodes of Nasty Boys (1990, episode "The Candidate", with Shelby Leverington) and Melrose Place (1994, episode "Just Say No", with Stanley Kamel and Kenneth Tigar). Among his film work are the animated television movie The Velveteen Rabbit (1984), the short film Andy Across the Water (2002), and the short comedy An Innocent Family (2012).
Echeverria is probably best known for his role as Dr. Bonham in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (1995, with Mitchell Ryan, Kim Darby, J.C. Brandy, and George Wilbur). He later appeared in Letters from a Killer (1998, featuring Olivia Birkelund, Tina Lifford, Bruce McGill, Mark Rolston, Don Stark, Scott Lincoln, Frank Diresta, Brad Blaisdell, Marcy Goldman, Greg Bronson, Marilyn Monrovia, and Kevin Grevioux).
Echeverria has been married to his wife Dyan Sublett and the couple lives in Creede, Colorado. They are involved in the Creede Repertory Theatre. [1]
