Alexandra Lydon (born 5 April 1979; age 45) is the actress who played the role of Jhamel in the Star Trek: Enterprise fourth season episode "The Aenar". She is a citizen of both Ireland and the United States of America. She graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, and began her professional acting career in 2003.

Lydon made her television debut on the CBS drama Hack, appearing in an episode with Donna Murphy and Bebe Neuwirth. She then played Jane Saunders, the daughter of an MI6 agent-turned-terrorist, in several episodes of 24. Among her co-stars on this series were Michael Cavanaugh, Daniel Dae Kim, Alan Dale, Penny Johnson, Glenn Morshower, Zachary Quinto, and Mark Rolston.

Following her appearance on Enterprise, Lydon guest-starred on Without a Trace (2007, starring Enrique Murciano, with K Callan), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (starring Paul Guilfoyle and Wallace Langham, with Casey Biggs), and Desperate Housewives (starring Teri Hatcher, Brenda Strong, and Alfre Woodard, with Daniel Roebuck). She then made recurring appearances on CSI: Miami, Prison Break (working with Robert Knepper and Wade Andrew Williams), and K-Ville (with John Carroll Lynch, Adrienne Barbeau, and Daniel Roebuck).

Enterprise director James Whitmore, Jr. directed Lydon in NCIS (2007, with Brian Markinson and Susanna Thompson. She later appeared on Eli Stone (with Bennet Guillory, Lorna Raver, James Saito, and Scottie Thompson), Cold Case (with Jennifer Hetrick and Concetta Tomei), and House (with Jennifer Morrison).
