Alice was a wild deer-like creature that lived near Michael Burnham and Cleveland Booker's home on Sanctuary Four.
When the creature tried to get through the fence onto their property, Burnham commented, "Hills for days, and all you want is what you can't have. It's fenced for a reason, Alice." (DIS: "Life, Itself")
She may be named after the character from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
