Alise Phelan is an actress who appeared as an Enterprise NX-01 crewman in several first season episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. As a background actress she received no credit for her appearances but was identified by the call sheets.
Phelan previously appeared in the film The Dance King (1992) and the drama Born Champion (1998, with Christopher Michael).
