Alondra was the uninhabited third planet of the Pallas 14 system. The planet was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.
In 2269, the USS Enterprise attempted to intercept an unidentified cosmic cloud that had entered the system near Alondra. However, en route, the crew noticed Alondra disappeared from the navigation scan, only to observe that the planet was engulfed and consumed by the cosmic cloud creature. The position and orbital path of Alondra were seen on a system map displayed on the main viewscreen of the USS Enterprise bridge. (TAS: "One of Our Planets Is Missing")
