Amanda McBroom (born 9 August 1947; age 76) is the actress from California who played Captain Phillipa Louvois in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "The Measure Of A Man".
McBroom previously had a recurring role as police officer Sandi Welles on the hit crime television series Hawaii Five-O. In her first episode, 1976's "Loose Ends Get Hit", one of her co-stars was fellow TNG guest actor Henry Darrow. She and Darrow would later appear together in an episode of Cover Up in 1984. McBroom also co-starred with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine actress Louise Fletcher on the short-lived series The Boys of Twilight.
