Andy Richter (born 28 October 1966; age 58) is a comedian and actor who voiced Beljo Tweekle in the Star Trek: Lower Decks fourth season episode "Twovix".

Richter is best known for his regular role as Conan O'Brien's "sidekick" on Late Night with Conan O'Brien (1993-2000), The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien (2009-10), and Conan (2010-21).

He also appeared in films such as Dr. T & The Women (2000), Dr. Dolittle 2 (2001, with James Avery, Googy Gress, Lawrence Pressman, and the voices of Andy Dick, Tom Kenny, Clyde Kusatsu, Michael McKean, and Keone Young), Scary Movie 2 (2001), Elf (2003), New York Minute (2004, with Andrea Martin and Frank Welker), Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby (2006, with Gary Cole, Michael Clarke Duncan, Jack Blessing, and Ed Lauter), and Blades of Glory (2007, with Tom Virtue and William Daniels).
