Anij.
Anij (played by Donna Murphy) was a Ba'ku female who was over 300 years old, although only appeared, in age, to be in her late-30s.
Anij was one of the leading members of the Ba'ku who worked closely with the crew of the USS Enterprise when their planet was threatened, in 2375, by the Son'a. During those events, Picard and her, openly expressed a mutual interest. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
