Ann Goobie was a Canadian location manager who is working on the 2016 sequel Star Trek Beyond, directed by Justin Lin. [1](X)

Goobie worked as production assistant on the 1993 thriller Arctic Blue, with producer's assistant Eva Morgan, and as assistant location manager on the drama Double Happiness (1994), the horror comedy Bordello of Blood (1996, with Chris Sarandon, William Sadler, and Whoopi Goldberg, associate producer Scott Nimerfro, and production coordinator Eva Morgan), and the crime comedy Excess Baggage (1997, with Leland Orser).

As location manager, Goobie's credits include the television series The Crow: Stairway to Heaven (1998-1999, with recurring guest star John Pyper-Ferguson), Family Law (1999, starring Christopher McDonald, Julie Warner, and Salli Richardson-Whitfield), and Breaking News (2002), the comedy Cats and Dogs (2001), the horror sequel Final Destination 2 (2003, directed by David R. Ellis and starring Tony Todd), the science fiction film Paycheck (2003), the comic adaptations Catwoman (2004), Fantastic Four (2005), X-Men: The Last Stand (2006, starring Patrick Stewart, Famke Janssen, and Kelsey Grammer, produced by Stan Lee and Ralph Winter, and assistant direction by Ashley Bell and Rhonda Taylor), 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007), and X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009, produced by Stan Lee, Ralph Winter, and Bryan Singer), the science fiction remake The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008), the science fiction film 2012 (2009), the reboot The A-Team (2010), and the action sequel Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol (2011, starring Simon Pegg).

More recently, she worked as location manager on the music drama Metallica Through the Never (2013) and on the science fiction film Tomorrowland (2015, written and produced by Damon Lindelof, produced by Jeffrey Chernov, music by Michael Giacchino, cinematography by Claudio Miranda, and production design by Scott Chambliss).
