Anne Cofell Saunders is an American writer and producer, who wrote the Star Trek: Discovery episodes "Scavengers" and "Su'Kal", and served as co-executive producer for much of DIS Season 3.

She previously wrote and produced episodes of 24, Smallville, Timeless, and The Boys (starring Star Trek's Karl Urban and Star Trek: Lower Decks's Jack Quaid.)

Her notable foray into space-based science fiction is Battlestar Galactica (developed and executive produced by Ronald D. Moore), penning the well-received episode "Pegasus" (guest starring Star Trek: The Next Generation's Michelle Forbes), in 2005.
