(written from a Production point of view)

Anthony Maranville is a writer and researcher for Star Trek: Discovery. In an effort to ground the show's science fiction in actual science, he regularly consults with scientists and physicists. According to Aaron Harberts, Maranville also has "an encyclopedic knowledge" of everything related to Star Trek. [1]

Together with Chris Silvestri, Maranville wrote the Star Trek: Discovery episode "The Red Angel" and the Star Trek: Short Treks episode "Ephraim and Dot".
