Antonia was a woman with whom James T. Kirk had a love affair while he was living on Earth in the 2280s. Kirk met Antonia in 2282, at his uncle's farm in Idaho. Antonia stayed at Kirk's mountain retreat in 2284, including a day on which he decided to return to Starfleet.
Kirk found a recreation of Antonia and his mountain retreat in a reality that he experienced after he was pulled from the USS Enterprise-B into the Nexus in 2293. (Star Trek Generations)
