When the HMS Bounty went back in time to 1986, Admiral James T. Kirk looked at an issue of the San Francisco Register. One of the articles stated that a blaze had been burning for two days with arson suspected. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)
In 2371, Rom threatened to burn Quark's Bar to the ground if Quark meddled with Nog's life again. This was after Quark had interfered with his nephew's spatial orientation test so that Nog would fail to get into Starfleet Academy. (DS9: "Facets")
