Yeoman Atkins was a female Human Starfleet crewman who lived during the mid-23rd century. She was assigned to the operations division while serving aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk in 2267.

That year, Atkins handed a fuel consumption report to Captain Kirk for him to sign. Kirk, who was afflicted at the time with a disease that caused hyper-accelerated aging, did so and returned the report to Atkins. Moments later, he demanded that Atkins let him read and sign the report, having forgotten that he had already done so moments before, as a result of his deteriorating condition.

She later reluctantly attested to Kirk's forgetfulness during Kirk's competency hearing, blaming his failure to remember on him having more important things to worry about at the time. (TOS: "The Deadly Years")

Atkins was played by actress Carolyn Nelson.

According to the script, Atkins' first name was Doris, but it was never used on-screen. Doris is also mentioned as being her first name in Star Trek: The Magazine Volume 1, Issue 13, p. 88.
