Bea Ellen Cameron (credited as B.C. Cameron) was an assistant director on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
After filming ended on "What You Leave Behind", Cameron went through a list of the main and recurring cast members of Deep Space Nine, saying for each "this is good night and goodbye to...". The initials of Biddle Coleridge from "Past Tense, Part I" and "Past Tense, Part II" were a homage to her. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, p. 197)
Cameron was interviewed by former Deep Space Nine showrunner Ira Steven Behr on her part in that series for the latter's 2018 documentary, What We Left Behind.
