Barbara Ronci is a hair stylist who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: First Contact. Her work on Star Trek earned her three Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series:

Ronci previously won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series in 1992 for her work on the Homefront episode "Man This Joint Is Jumping", shared with Jerry Gugliemotto.

Other projects she worked as hair stylist on include the comedy Same Time, Next Year (1978), the drama Resurrection (1980), the television drama Who Will Love My Children? (1983, with Monty Westmore and Zoltan Elek), the television series Dynasty (1988-1989) and The Monroes (1995), the superhero sequel Batman & Robin (1997, with Lee Ann Brittenham and Yolanda Toussieng), and the comedy Town & Country (2001, with Janice Alexander, Chris McBee, Carol A. O'Connell, and Toni-Ann Walker).
