Baron Vaughn (born 18 December 1980; age 44) is an actor and comedian who voiced Captain Maier in the Star Trek: Lower Decks third season episodes "Mining The Mind's Mines" and "The Stars At Night".
In 2011-12, Vaughn co-starred in Fairly Legal as legal assistant Leonardo Prince. The series featured guest appearances by Mark Margolis, Jerry Rector, Brian Markinson, Clyde Kusatsu, Lindy Booth, Mark Moses, Connor Trinneer, and Izaak Smith.
From 2015 to 2022, he had been a regular on Netflix' Grace and Frankie, which co-starred Martin Sheen and June Diane Raphael and featured Michael McKean in a recurring role. Artemis Pebdani, Corbin Bernsen, Ed Begley, Jr., Paul Scheer, and Robert Curtis Brown appeared in guest roles.
In 2017, Vaughn began voicing Tom Servo in the Netflix revival of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and has continued to do following the revival's move to the Gizmoplex.
He also played recurring roles in Those Who Can't, Black-ish (with Jenifer Lewis), Corporate, Wild Life, and Superstore.
His few feature film roles include supporting parts in J.J. Abrams' Cloverfield (2008, with Kelvin Yu, Pasha Lychnikoff, and Scott Lawrence) and Black Dynamite (2009, with Phil Morris).
