The Battle of Ricktor Prime was an engagement in 2375 involving the Federation and the Dominion, that took place during the Dominion War at the planet Ricktor Prime.
Among the Starfleet vessels lost was the USS Grissom. Only six crew members survived of the twelve hundred and fifty on board. (DS9: "Field of Fire")
The Battle of Ricktor Prime is depicted in the Star Trek: The Next Generation short story "Four Lights", in the The Sky's the Limit anthology.
The Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 2, p. 221 identified Ricktor Prime as a planet.
