The Benecia Colony was a Federation colony on the planet Benecia.
In 2266, the Karidian Company of Players was to make its next stop at this colony after performing on Planet Q and the USS Enterprise. (TOS: "The Conscience of the King")
In 2269, Spock noted that the colony's medical facilities were "most primitive" and would therefore not be a suitable place to transport "Janice Lester", who was suffering from an unknown medical condition. When Christine Chapel informed "Lester" (James T. Kirk in her body) where they were heading, telling "her" that Spock might be able to visit before they arrived at the colony, "Janice" had been unaware of the course change. (TOS: "Turnabout Intruder")
This colony was only mentioned in dialogue.
