Beta Circini was a binary star system in the Beta Quadrant. The stars were named Beta Circini A and Beta Circini B. (PIC: "Disengage")

Stellar cartography[]

The Beta Circini system was visible from Earth in the constellation Circinus. It was approximately ninety-three light years from Sol.

In 2401, Beta Circini's location was labeled on a star chart used aboard the SS Eleos XII. (PIC: "Disengage")

This star system was only mentioned in writing.
The location of this star system was seen on the bridge of the SS Eleos XII on what appears to be an updated chart from Star Trek: Star Charts. Dave Blass published pictures of the set on his website.
Information on this system was derived from the episodes, the reference works Star Trek: Star Charts and Stellar Cartography: The Starfleet Reference Library, and real-world sources. The reference works were used extensively in the creation of star charts seen in Star Trek: Discovery, Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Star Trek: Prodigy, and Star Trek: Lower Decks. The real-world information added to the article was current as of 2025.
