Beth Persky (born 8 August 1960; age 63) is an actress who appeared as a holographic patron of "Le Coeur de Lion" in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "The Killing Game". She received no credit for this appearance but was identified by the call sheets. She filmed her scenes on Monday 1 December 1997 and Tuesday 2 December 1997 on Paramount Stage 16. For the Star Trek: Enterprise first season episode "Dear Doctor", Persky appeared as a Valakian doctor, and filmed her scenes on Thursday 1 November 2001 on Paramount Stage 8.

Beside Star Trek, Persky appeared as a theater patron in the Cybill episode "It's for You, Mrs. Lincoln" (1996, with Harry Hutchinson, Janet Dey, and Dorothy Hack), as a research scientist in the comedy Fun with Dick and Jane (2005, with Ivar Brogger, Clint Howard, Jason Marsden, Scott L. Schwartz, Kerry Hoyt, Steve Kehela, Bob Morrisey, Mark Correy, Andray Johnson, Pasha Lychnikoff, Tyson Weihe, Al Ahlf, Katie Rowe, Jimmy Ortega, Jack Nolan, Joyce Lasley, Macarena Bianchi, Justin Sundquist, Ken Jackman, Janet Dey, Robert Buckingham, Bruce Dobos, Terry Green, Michael Wilkinson, Scott Hill, and Michael Wajacs), and in the short comedy Leather Kittens Gone Bad (2010). She also appeared in episodes of Aquarius (2015), a Disney television series, and Final Justice as well as in the independent films Lost and The Book of Kiddo. In 2018, she appeared as a teacher in The Middle episode "Great Heckspectations".

Persky graduated from Boston University School of Law and Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She has practiced immigration law since 1992 and has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association.
