Betty Hankins (14 July 19444 February 2016; age 71) was an actress who appeared as a presidential advisor in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth season episode "Homefront". She received no credit for this appearance.

Hankins was married to fellow actor Adolphus Hankins until his death in 2010. [1]

Hankins is known for her recurring role as High Councilor Renier on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy in 1999. She also appeared as a presidential staffer at the end of the science fiction drama Deep Impact (1998, with James Cromwell, Gary Werntz, Denise Crosby, Mark Moses, Tucker Smallwood, Merrin Dungey, Ellen Bry, Concetta Tomei, Kurtwood Smith, Christopher Darga, Mic Rodgers, Cullen Chambers, Charles S. Chun, Michael Wajacs, and Daphney Dameraux), and as a Sky Marshal in the science fiction blockbuster Starship Troopers (1997, with Dina Meyer, Clancy Brown, Matt E. Levin, Blake Lindsley, Brenda Strong, Lenore Kasdorf, Tami-Adrian George, Christopher Curry, Bruce Gray, Timothy McNeil, Julianna McCarthy, Teo Smoot, Stephanie Erb, Greg Bronson, Brian Tochi, Azalea Davila, and Whitney Hall).

Together with her husband, she appeared as a White House State Dinner guest in the 1995 romance The American President. The film also features Anne Haney, Beau Billingslea, Gail Strickland, Clement von Franckenstein, John Mahon, Jordan Lund, Richard McGonagle, Beans Morocco, George Murdock, Googy Gress, Ron Canada, Greg Poland, David Drew Gallagher, Ray Uhler, Martin Sheen, Craig Hosking, Warren Tabata, Aric Rogokos, Dan Magee, Michael Wajacs, Faith Burton, Star Halm, Sherry O'Keefe, Uriah Carr, and Mike Fujimoto. They also appeared as audience members at the Tony Awards in The Nanny episode "The Nanny & the Hunk Producer" (1997, with Daniel Davis), as laughing spectators during Austin's accolade by the Queen in the comedy sequel Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002, with Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr., Clint Howard, Greg Grunberg, Kelly Cooper, Angela Meryl, Dan Warner, and Marvin De Baca), and as restaurant patrons in the Two and a Half Men episode "The Price of Healthy Gums Is Eternal Vigilance" (2004, stunt coordination by Eddie Braun).
