A Tellarite biker gang
A biker gang was any gang whose members were outlaw motorcycle riders.
In 2381, there was a Ferengi biker gang at the Ferenginar Historic Public Library that Beckett Mariner started a brawl with, which ended with her being arrested and taken to jail. She was bailed out by Quimp later on however. (LD: "Parth Ferengi's Heart Place")
In 2384, Jankom Pog had a holographic program that had a Tellarite biker gang. Each individual biker had the same face - they all resembled Doctor Noum. (PRO: "Ghost in the Machine")
