William Mills Irwin (born 11 April 1950; age 74) is an American actor, clown, and comedian who portrayed Su'Kal in the Star Trek: Discovery third season episodes "Su'Kal" and "That Hope Is You, Part 2", and the fourth season episode "Kobayashi Maru".

In 1980, Irwin starred in Popeye (1980, starring Robin Williams, with Ray Walston, Paul Dooley, and Richard Libertini). In the 1990s, he appeared in My Blue Heaven (1990, with Ed Lauter and Carol Kane), Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit (1993, starring Whoopi Goldberg with Ellen Albertini Dow) and Just the Ticket (1998, with Ronald Guttman).

Irwin had recurring roles in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2008-2011, starring Paul Guilfoyle, Wallace Langham, and Liz Vassey), and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2013-2022, starring Mariska Hargitay). He also played the mime character "Mr. Noodle" on Sesame Street since 1996. His other television credits include appearances in Lights Out (with Reg E. Cathey) and A Gifted Man (with Leland Orser) in 2011, as well as Monday Mornings (with Kenneth Mitchell) in 2013.
